Release Indemnity:
We, intending to be legally bound, do hereby release the Christian Karate Association Idaho LLC and Cocolalla Lake Bible Camp, herein “CKA-ID”, and "CLBC", the members, instructors, staff, and representatives thereof, from any and all claims, liabilities, obligations, causes of action or demands that we or our administrators, executors, heirs or assigns may of any Karate activity, physical or athletic, or physical instructions or sport conducted or carried on by or for said CKA-ID and/or CLBC, either by themselves or with others, or in or occurring while we are on said premises or property occupied or used by said CKA-ID and/or CLBC.
We further, intending to be legally bound, do agree to indemnity and save harmless said CKA-ID and CLBC, their members, instructors, staff and representatives from any act committed or omitted by us during or arising out of or as a result of any activity or exercise or sport carried on or participated in by said CKA-ID or CLBC, by themselves or with others, or occurring on any premises of property occupied or used by said CKA-ID and CLBC. We further release said CKA-ID and CLBC, its members, instructors, staff and representatives from all claims of liability for any property or valuable lost, mislaid or stolen.
We sign this fully realizing that our participation or engagement in the activities of said CKA-ID and/or CLBC may subject us to personal injury or bodily harm. We further have read the foregoing and fully understand the contents of this release indemnity.
